Well produced and insightful beyond Twitter
The #BuildingCharacters podcast is meaningful to its listeners beyond the scope of the company it represents (Twitter). While the podcast highlights tweeps at the company, the message and value proposition it offers extends to any college aged student that is willing to have an open mind about personal and professional issues that happen in the tech industry — beyond Twitter. That is not to say that the great benefit of the podcast is that it highlights many of these issues through the lens of industry leaders at Twitter, and enables the listener to think about the industry and the impact of an individual at any company. Highly recommend giving it a listen!
One of my fav podcasts!
With all of the gate keeping of information in tech recruiting and tech in general, I’ve loved being able to tune into #BuildingCharacters to hear so many amazing perspectives on what it’s like working at such an impactful company. I can honestly say this podcast has helped me advance myself in so many ways, and without it would definitely not have as much confidence as I do today in my career :) definitely recommend this to all!
