SIMPLY THE BEST
It is truly remarkable and insanely refreshing to have such a transparent insight as to how to a company lile Twitter recruits and internally operates. From #Terns to #Tweeps, #BuildingCharacters offers an unparalleled array of information and resources on how to successfully apply to work at Twitter (many of which can be applied to everyday life). I have pages of notes from its current two seasons, and look forward to expanding my knowledge even more :)
Your go-to before applying
You could tell the effort the company put into bringing in talents... two seasons of podcast are effort (I come from TV production) and I’d highly recommend you listen to all of it before asking (which you might call “silly”) question while talking recruiters and interviewers. Good luck!
Twitter U hits it outta the ball park!
