    In this episode I speak with Canadian sports journalist, former host of TSN's Off the Record and mental health advocate, Michael Landsberg. Michael also has his own charity #sicknotweak where he has started a movement to end the stigma around mental health. In his 2012 documentary, Darkness and Hope: Depression, Sports and Me, he speaks about his struggles with depression and anxiety with other sufferers including well known sports celebrities.     The Johnson Family - Autism

    In this episode I speak with the Johnson family about their son Teague. Teague has been diagnosed with being on the autism spectrum and with that he suffers other conditions that accompany autism, conditions like ADHD and anxiety. His parents Garth and Kathryn also talk to me about parenting someone with autism. Over the years they experienced guilt, grief, resentment as well as adoration for their son. The Johnsons are an incredibly loving, warm, hospitable and open family.

    In this episode I speak to actress and playwright Megan Zong. Megan wrote and assistant directed her play Unmasked this September at Latroupdujour in Saskatoon. Unmasked is about her struggles with Psychosis. I met with Megan just before one of the final performances and we discuss her past battles with psychosis, her hospital stays, the mental health system and her play Unmasked.
