The NPR of Keto Podcasts

There is good information and the commentator is very soft-spoken like somebody from NPR. That’s not a put down, just an observation. The background music is utterly bizarre. It’s almost like listening to a nutrition podcast in the twilight zone. Makes no sense to me. Other than that, pretty good podcast. I’ll keep listening.

Spreading the word

I love this podcast! I exercise regularly but have been in a slump with progress over the summer. When I started to look into tweaking my nutrition, I came across this show. I found the information really motivating and the story-telling format of the show very entertaining! I have seen major results in both my performance and in my physique as I have applied the teachings of the show into my daily routine.

I highly recomendar this podcast! I listen to it every day and have told all of my friends about it.
