Amazing!

Life changing! From the very first episode, I recognized myself. I knew I was suffering from burnout but couldn’t articulate it and, honestly, felt ashamed and guilty admitting I couldn’t handle it. After a bad panic attack in December 2018, I knew I needed to make a change. I just searched for burnout and this podcast popped up. I’m glad I listened and subscribed.
