Power Over vs. Power With Joanna Lindenbaum Business as Activism with Elijah Selby

Holy cannoli, people! Joanna Lindenbaum is one of my mentors and I am so excited to bring this conversation about POWER to you all. Joanna is the creator of the Applied Depth Practitioner Institute & the Sacred Depths Transformational Practitioner Certification. We dive into power and look at how our culture is not set up and hasn't created messaging to show a healthy model of power. The current model we have is power OVER. This kind of power is oppressive and subjugates those who don't hold power. But there are other ways to hold power--power with. This is one of the most important conversations of our time, I believe. When we think about doing business in a way that creates change, we cannot disregard how we use our power.
