And just like that…. We are heading into the 4th quarter of the year. When I’m watching football, I basically wait all game for the 4th quarter, especially that last couple minutes… it’s the most exciting!

I’m going to hit you with a football reference here, so it that’s not your thang, bear with me. The 4th quarter is my favorite (football and business alike)... Whether you’re down by a touchdown, tied, or ready to secure your win, the 4th quarter is your chance to finish strong! And unlike waiting until the last minutes of the game, it’s important that we go into the 4th quarter as business owners knowing what to expect and feeling super solid about how we will finish strong. Now is the time to look back and give yourself a little audit for the past 3 quarters of the year (think of it as a personal business review)  and see where you’re at, what you've accomplished, and where you need to complete to hit those 2021 goals.
