Compassion & insight - not just for the business world!

Carol Sanford’s Business Second Opinion podcast is snappy and short (only 20 minutes). But it offers a depth of insight that is rare. Carol uncovers the limiting assumptions behind common practices in a way that is both shocking and compassionate. After listening to her reveal the mental models underneath human behavior, I always come away seeing the world (and myself) in a new way.

Very Insightful

I recently found the podcast after meeting Carol on LinkedIn. I was intrigued by the complexity of her work and wanted to know more. I am glad I took the time to listen to the podcast. I was delighfully surprised at the depth of effort into the subject. I hope these ideas become mainstream!

Not what you'd expect

This podcast brings something that's missing in many podcasts: Critical Thinking.

Most shows offer interview upon interview with "experts"... this one is different. Carol Sanford reveals the hidden mistakes of popular business ideas, allowing you to focus on what will actually work for your company.

Highly recommended.
