Do you ever find yourself feeling frustrated and unfocused in your business to the point where you know you aren't doing the things that need to be done in order to get you to your big business goals?
This can be especially prominent in the summer.
So, instead of giving you a list of things you can do to "keep up", in this episode, I want to share how you can balance work and time off. How you can take a break without falling behind, and the ONE practice I have put in place in my business that ensures that I'm staying focused and on track towards achieving my goals... even during the summer.
Even if you do nothing else for your business over the summer apart from this, you will be MORE than okay. 
We are here to keep things simple and strategic, to create success on your terms. You’re here because you want more freedom, more flexibility, and more impact - you want to be able to create your own definition of success.
But one of the biggest challenges I hear from you is: we set those big dreams and goals at the beginning of the year, but a few weeks or months in, we find ourselves off track. We find ourselves struggling with those shiny objects that keep asking for our attention, begging for our attention, and as a result, we're not getting where we need to go.
