My Honest Struggles with Social Media! Tips to Have a Healthy Relationship with Social Media + Your Phone

My Honest Struggles with Social Media! Tips to Have a Healthy Relationship with Social Media + Your Phone

In this episode, I share my *honest and vulnerable* struggles with social media...

Is social media really good for us?
Why do we feel so much happier, fulfilled, and content offline?
How do we reconcile using it for a job when it makes us feel so insecure?

I open up about living in an online world and if it's really helping us mentally. I also share what others believe are the best and worst parts of social media, along with ways to have a healthier relationship with our phones. While I know this is a heavier subject, I hope it makes you feel less alone if you struggle with comparison, not living in the moment, and discontentment as it relates to social media.

AMAZING Wife, Christian, 20s Content

You know those podcasts that you wait every week for them to come out because they’re that good? That’s how I feel about Michelle’s podcast!

She’s so down to earth, sweet and honest. Being a 20 something, married, Christian woman- who doesn’t participate in partying and has moved across the country- kind of makes it difficult in today’s society to find people to relate to and lookup to for advice!

I have found that person in Michelle! She is so relatable and gives that best friend type of advice!

Love love love!!

I’ve been watching Michelle’s YouTube videos for a few years now and I just started listening to her podcasts in the last month! I absolutely LOVE them! I held off on listening because I’ve never been much of a podcast girl, but these keep me engaged and always wanting to listen to more! Michelle is such a positive influence and like a big sister in so many ways. I would recommend this podcast to anyone, but especially those in post grad/college/high school!!

Like getting coffee with a big sister

Michelle’s vibes are sweet, calming, and extremely relatable and validating. She shares about career, family, marriage, friends, finding contentment in small things, and how to adjust to big life changes. She is wise beyond her years. It is such a blessing to hear from her each week.
