Buyer Question: Should You Send The Home Inspection To Your Lender?

As a Realtor, you may have seen a buyer try to send the lender the home inspection.

In this episode, I highly advise you never send the lender your home inspection or let your buyers do it.

The lender considers the appraisal their home inspection. They should not need the home inspection.
