In episode sixty nine we discuss the mysterious disappearance of Evelyn Hartley.
 
On October 24 1953, 15 year old Evelyn Hartley left her home to babysit the daughter of her father's work colleague, Viggo Rasmussen. She promised to call her parents around 8:30 pm. When her parents did not hear from her they began to call the Rasmussen home, but Evelyn did not answer. Her father immediately drove over to the home to check on his daughter. What he discovered would scar the community of La Crosse, Wisconsin forever.

In episode sixty eight we discuss the horrific murder of Fred & Edwina Rogers, AKA The Ice Box Murders.
 


On June 23, 1965, Captain Charles Bullock and his partner, L. M. Barta of the Houston Police Dept responded to a request for a welfare check at the home of Fred & Edwina Rogers. At first, the officers believed that Fred & Edwina were simply not home, but what they discovered in the couple's kitchen would scar them forever. These murders would become one the the most infamous unsolved crimes in the history in Houston, TX and still leave many scratching their heads today.

In October of 1864 the Trans-Allegehney Lunatic Asylum accepted patients for the first time, the civil war had delayed instruction and the building was often used as Camp Tyler. The facility quickly developed a gruesome history of inhumane medical practices that were once considered "state of the art" and it is not hard to believe that claims of paranormal activity has been made at Trans-Allegehney since its inception.
