Cabinet of Curiosities: Hip Hop, Boundaries, and Building a Relationship with Our Bodies with Icykal
I sat down with hip hop artist, poet, artist manager, and spoken word artist Icykal and explored her work, healing, prejudice in the music industry, and self love. She might be one of the best humans around, so if you’re looking for some joy, listen up! You can check out her music on Spotify under Icykal.

Cabinet of Curiosities: Challenging Expectations, Queer Spaces, and Hot Crip Sex with Andrew Gurza
Listen to me and disabled daddy of the airwaves, Andrew Gurza, have way too much fun talking about hot crip sex, the online disability community, working with nondisabled people, and their relationship with gender and queerness. I absolutley adore Andrew, and this was such a pleasure to record.
Andrew Gurza is an award-winning podcast host, a Disability Awareness Consultant, and the Chief Disability Officer and Co-founder of Bump’n, a sex toy company for and by disabled people. Their work has been featured on BBC, CBC, Daily Xtra, Gay Times UK, Huffington Post, The Advocate, Everyday Feminism, Mashable, Out.com, and several anthologies.
They host Disability After Dark, the Podcast Shining a Bright Light on Disability Stories. I suggest you listen to it after this!

PS: We discuss transcripts and how, while we'd love to make our shows more accessible, we don't have the money, time or physical capability to provide them, but if anyone would like to volunteer to make them for my show, I'd be delighted! -

Small Hate Stops Big Change, BONUS poem
That's right, this month you get TWO BONUS EPISODES.
I realised that, despite being a poet, I've only posted one of my poems on the podcast! So, to end LGBTQ history month with a bang, here's a poem about prejudice getting in the way, and how we have the power to change the world. It felt apt, considering all that's going on in the world. It's also basically an excuse to post links to fundraisers to help the people of Ukraine:
https://www.unhcr.org/ua/en
https://donate.chooselove.org/campaigns/ukraine-appeal/
Remember, if you're not in a position to be able to donate, you can still help by raising awareness, writing to your MP and signing petitions. -
