We’re two ladies who have a deep and abiding appreciation for the 1990s NBC sitcom Frasier. So, we made a podcast about it. In each episode, we cover specific topics like how the show treats women, siblings, representation of people of colour, the Roz of it all, and more. We share our favourite jokes and characters, and generally geek out about Frasier.

Residuum – Season 3
Podcast Episode Synopsis: We mostly talk about our favourite ladies from this season and then embarrass ourselves for your entertainment (we hope!). I’m glad Lauren gets to talk more about Bebe Glaser. She is definitely an underrated character in the show and Lauren has a very impressive way of highlighting her that I very much...

Roz – Season 3
Podcast Episode Synopsis: We talk about our hero, Roz, follow her pursuit of career success, and enjoy her really great relationships with the people in her life. Oh goodness folks. We love the Roz episode and I feel like you can hear it in Lauren’s voice at the top of the show. Why oh why...

Martin – Season 3
Podcast Episode Synopsis: We get into the scoobidy doobidy of it all, chess games, and the excellence that is families supporting each other. “Martin Does it His Way” is such a delightful episode. It is great to see more of Martin’s life and interests. It is also so lovely to see Niles and Frasier want something great and exciting...

Sexuality – Season 3
Podcast Episode Synopsis: We talk Frasier knocking boots with his boss, healthy breakups, and sneak in some Roz. You’re welcome. I have so many feelings about hand waving around the union stuff, because unions are super important. But I did my best throughout the series to keep it to myself. Lauren steers me off of...

Cast – Season 3

Representation – Season 3
Podcast Episode Synopsis: We discuss the impressive resume of Mercedes Ruehl, the excellence that is Tony Shalhoub, and the abundance of white nonsense that this show has for us. Hey! We are working on ourselves and changing up the focus of this episode is part of it. Lauren kicks off the show by talking about...

Bonafide Frasier-Heads
There’s no shortage of Frasier pods, but most of them are just episode recaps. These sisters provide thoughtful analysis and cultural context for the series while also being a delight to listen to.
Funny, interesting, perfectly wrapped up episodes
These ladies know how to do a podcast. They have a terrific format - cute intro, clips of the Frasier episode at hand, funniest parts, parts that didn’t age well, and final favorite clips. These ladies really make you laugh but also think about this timeless sitcom. Can’t wait for season 3!
Could be a good podcast
Frasier is my favorite shows ever, but the majority of the podcast is just feminist complaints, I’m definitely for equal rights but geez... it’s comedy, can’t we laugh at things without being offended. It doesn’t mean you agree with something just because it makes you laugh. In fact sometimes comedy is good a way to show how ridiculous something is. Try not to get all caught up in your life/political views. I think one of the best ways for people to come together again in this country is to laugh together and try not to be offended by every little thing. But seriously other than that I think this podcast has some really good potential! Maybe I’ll continue to listen.
