In this episode, we talk to Robi Lambie, founder and co-owner of Cairngorm Coffee. The business was launched after Robi worked in his Dad's cafe in Cairngorm National Park and was inspired to start a quality focussed coffee shop in Scotland's capital. Cairngorm Coffee has now grown into two shops based in Edinburgh along with their own roastery. Gregor talks to Robi about the challenges of starting a new business, what it's like running one with a friend and finding the right work/life balance.
