Kelly is a 30 plus year retired Lieutenant and has held various positions from patrolman, to swat supervisor , to command staff level program supervisor. Kelly has taught and instructed innumerable Law Enforcement officers across the United Stated and Canada, and has been instructing since 1992. Wisdom oozes off of this seasoned veteran of law enforcement, and he delves into his training topics, and gets honest with the failures of the profession as well ( yes!
