Tim Falkenhagen has gained international leadership and management experience for over 20 years. As an entrepreneur and CEO, he built successful companies himself and used the appreciative strengths psychology as the basis for employee development.
Tim is convinced that executives who develop and lead their team with a strengths based approach are measurably superior to a conventional team in terms of commitment, stability and performance.
