I reconnected with Bob Earley, another one of the Azalea Little League Baseball legends doing big things in the Hampton Roads Community. We talk about Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness - just kidding - we definitely cover a lot of ground with topics such as Little League Sports, the impact of mentoring on one's future, our dads, hopes, dreams and the sucker punch that is life.

What an Episode! This one goes deep! Life is hard folks. It's amazing what we are given in terms of gifts and talents and how things happen in our lives that chart an unexpected course that is mostly out of our control. 

Courtney Heath (aka "Tank") joins Captain Caveman on the high seas for a mentally stimulating and inspiring chat on 10/24/2022. I can't say enough about how deep this episode goes! Courtney has had quite a journey. This episode is a must listen!

There is nothing worse than someone approaching you with a perception that is based off of a flawed assumption that, because , you shouldn't be doing this or can't do that or be that. Unconscious bias is a mother! Remember, sometimes people see things in you that you might not even see, and that opens up doors that lead to incredible opportunities. Be tuned into that frequency!
