By far, the best leadership podcast

I’m not even a leader, but Carey’s podcasts are one of my top go to for inspirational conversations with awesome leaders. Carey is an amazing interviewer and brings out the best from every guest. His target of personal growth is nailed in every show. Thank you, Carey!! Keep it coming!!!

Almost always extremely helpful!

Love the length, the variety of guests with the exception of Beth Moore. She offered nothing of substance related to leadership. Most guests are incredibly helpful to me as a leader.

One of a Kind Leadership Podcast

As a younger leader, I was recommended to the CNLP by a mentor. I’ve been listening now for almost a year and a half. What I find so helpful is that while I’ve had my fair share of biblical-theological training, while I could unpack a text of Scripture just fine, and while I could provide helpful, personalized spiritual direction and care, the organizational leadership aspect of being a pastor was a real growth area. This podcast has stepped into that space. As a result, not to be too dramatic, I’ve seen more than ever the critical relationship shared between my craft and character, my public and private life as a husband, dad, and overall human being after Jesus. This podcast is one of a kind in that regard. It brings you the best guests on leadership and generously shares with us insights and conversations that are equally formative as they are fascinating. Not to mention, it provides you with hyperlinks to other resources for further exploration *cough* High Impact Leader Course. Excuse me. Something in my throat. All of that said, I guess you could say I’m a fan. Keep up the great work, team! -Dave Geroux
