Cari Heibel-Briner, Holistic Business Coach and President at Freedom Coaching, started in the real estate industry in 2001. She has been an entrepreneur since age 22 and was a top producing real estate agent in Minnesota for 10 years. As the CEO of a Brokerage the following 5 years, Cari grew it to the number one real estate office in the state of MN in closed transactions. The agent count went from 80 to over 300 agents and there were over 40 real estate teams running their businesses under Cari’s leadership. This combined experience along with her leadership tenure as the previous Director of Expansion for Hergenrother Realty Group has resulted in Cari successfully recruiting over 800 people to the real estate industry and helping to build over 70 real estate teams nationally since 2012. As part of the Hergenrother Realty Group leadership team, she helped expand the team to its current 30 locations across the country with over 220 agents doing over $444M in sales volume annually. Her leadership, training and coaching drove the team’s success in addition to her unparalleled recruiting results. In the past 14 months, Cari and the team of Holistic Business Coaches at Freedom Coaching have helped over 350 clients nationally to build bigger and better businesses while improving their lives.
Cari is fiercely committed to her own personal growth and uses all of her challenges and experiences to inspire others to transform their lives. She lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho (and spends part of her time in Minnesota) with her husband and their beautiful blended family of 4 boys. She is running her first marathon in 2021 (as a non-runner!) to increase her emotional fitness and inspire others to grow and change their lives as well. She believes that personal growth through business success is about who you become in the process of achieving seemingly impossible goals.
