Actionable advice from someone who has actually been there and done that
I cannot say enough great things about this podcast. It’s clear that Nicole knows her stuff from years running her own agency and, in each episode, she translates those learnings into actionable tips for listeners. There have been multiple times I find myself saying “oh my gosh - that is me to a T” when listening to an episode and, by the end, I have a whole new perspective of how to approach the challenges I’m facing. It’s hard to come across a solid resource for agency owners but I feel like I’ve finally found that in Uplevel Your Agency!
Exactly what I needed
Prior to finding Nicole and this podcast, I only heard that you “couldn’t scale a service-based business” and that “agencies had low success rates.”
I was at a point where I was looking for ANYTHING to help me grow my business — and that’s exactly what this podcast did! I learned what was holding me back, how to move forward, and what it would actually look like to grow my team and my business without some of the crappy advice out there for service providers. I also felt so seen in these episodes. Nicole talks directly to the challenges we face and offers real solutions. It’s such a breath of fresh air.
Honestly, if you’ve considered scaling your operations to an agency, micro-agency, studio, “creative team,” or any other name, I can’t recommend this podcast (and Nicole’s programs) enough!
