Healing is a word that’s tossed around a lot, even in the Pilates community. But what constitutes healing and how do we know if healing is taking place? There are many paths to healing, and the melodic sound and vibrational quality of crystal bowls is such a path. Here to explain about this growing field is Carrie Miller, a Pilates teacher who teaches Pilates in Scottsdale, Arizona and has added sound healing into her teaching.
