Born in Antigua and raised in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands., Michael K. Jackson is an inspirational speaker, trainer, and author with an expertise in the area of emotional resilience and well-being. Since losing his father during Hurricane Maria in 2017 when the storm hit St. Thomas as a Category 5 hurricane, Michael has been on a mission to empower purpose-driven leaders, business professionals, and entrepreneurs to bounce back from setbacks and "build back stronger" from adversity.  
In this episode, Michael shares stories of how he bounced back from setbacks. After reflecting on these experiences he came up with P.L.A.N. his 4-step system to build back stronger n the face of adversity.
