Until she decided to carve her own f*cking path, and ditch the comfort and safety of a 10 year relationship - for a bold move to Asia.

And all that while living a great life in Lisbon, Portugal. She now runs her own business in holistic life coaching and teaches yoga, meditation & breathwork. She dedicates her work to helping people reconnect to their bodies, ‘unstuck’ themselves and get what they want from life.
