He is CEO of US Corporate Wellness, co-founder of the Catalyst Coaching Institute, an internationally recognized speaker, and elite masters endurance athlete (11 time Ironman, including 4 times at the Hawaii Ironman World Championship, winner of the 2-person 3,000 cycling Race Across America and 2:47 marathoner). Most importantly, he's husband to Suzanna (celebrating 28 years of marriage) and Dad to three amazing kids, now ages 25, 23 and 21.

This podcast is my aid station.

I found out about Catalyst while studying for my national board exam in early 2020 and have tuned every week since! I’m so grateful for these interviews and the exposure to these amazing humans and their groundbreaking work in the field. I always learn something new and leave with a new spark of energy for the rest of my week.

This podcast has truly been a catalyst in my journey of starting my own health and wellness coaching business—which is NOT a fairytale as many people make it seem. It’s a ultramarathon, not a sprint, and this podcast is my aid station every week to keep me going!!
