Catholic School 1960 Trauma Stories

    • Mental Health

This episode is not about faith it's more about the experiences that many people had going to a Catholic School during the 50's and 60's. Talking was sin and had to be given up for lent. There was no rank and file on behavior and all conduct was treated as if it continued you would be in prison by the age of 18. Listen in as I describe some my own personal trauma as a Catholic School student during the 60's and how I worked for a lifetime to realize that mistakes were okay and how I had to change my perception of God. If you have a story that you would like to share please email me at the address below. Also please listen to my other podcast, Anti Bullying 101. When you have the time please visit The Bully Proof Classroom for some excellent resources during this time of virtual learning. This Trauma Stories asks that you visit Patreon and contribute whatever you can as a listener to help with its support.
