His work at the crossroads of disputes, negotiation and leadership ultimately led him to explore mediation. After completing his CEDR training, David founded Dominion Street, a practice dedicated to mediation and executive coaching. Today, he combines legal expertise with mediation skills to help professionals resolve disputes early, manage friction productively, and build stronger leaders.     CEDR Mediator Nick Pearson discusses an insolvency case he was involved with.
