Celebrity Hairstylist Shirley Gordon is Living Out Loud After Loss, Pt. 1 The Change Coach Presents...

    • Self-Improvement

I am truly in the company of a legend on this episode–the legendary celebrity hair stylist, Shirley Gordon! I’d reached out to Shirley to continue my series of conversations for the "Get You Outta My Hair" campaign collaboration with stylists. Together, we are using the intimate stylist/client relationship to convey the relief that comes with expression of feelings and emotions to a confidant, and to encourage grief support.

This conversation with Shirley is timely in so many ways–May is mental health awareness month, and May marks one year since Shirley lost her sister and brother-in-law in a very public car accident here in the DMV area, made national when it was amplified on the Real Housewives of Potomac. This is a relatable and victorious story for her community and my listeners.

You can find and follow Shirley on Instagram @shirleyghautehair.

Does your grief put you at risk for a health breakdown? Take my assessment: knowmyhealthrisk.com
