Celene and Tara Carrara The Makers

Bungkus Bagus is a Balinese street food pop-up founded by sisters Celene and Tara Carrara. Inspired by the flavors of their childhood, the menu features nasi bungkus: a rice, chicken, tempe, and veggie combo meal wrapped in a fresh banana leaf. They're also known for their playful desserts and sambal goreng, an addictive fried chili topping. With a focus on joyful experience and quality ingredients, they are hopeful that more Angelinos grow to love the cuisine and culture of Bali.
