Missed Opportunity to Advise
Too concerned about the legal ramifications of the content to make the OPINION expressed useful as a real advice or guidance.
Not sure what to think of this podcast. There is a 5 min+ legal disclaimer (I am not kidding) at the end, according to which any examples on the podcast are HYPOTHETICAL only. My suggestion to the creators would be include some ACTUAL data and examples as well .. they would greatly enhance the quality of this podcast.
