Cereal is a podcast. About cereal. It’s also a pun. On Cereal, food writers, chefs, comedians, and other lovers of complex carbohydrates take breakfast cereal ridiculously seriously. They share on air exactly the right amount of ridiculous recollections of their favorite cereals, while breaking down the nuances, quirks, and free toys that propelled great joy and then got thrown away in 15 seconds. Join the only podcast to celebrate cereal's obviously beloved place in basically everyone's life.

Ben Robinson is Editorial Director of Thrillist, writes words for Deadspin, the Huffington Post, Cigar World Magazine, and other various stuff, and once was inches away from getting a cat out of a tree before those fame-whore firemen showed up. If you haven’t read his dangerously obsessive Bachelor/Bachelorette recaps at BatchSlap.com, you’re clearly more normal than him.

Pretty Funny

When you need something light to listen to, this is great. I have actually learned some very interested cereal history. On the downside, it really makes you want to eat cereal.

Such crunch. No soggy cornflakes here.

As Tony the Tiger would say, it's GRRRREAT! For real. As an avid cereal consumer, I'm glad I've finally found a podcast that really takes a big bite out of what this underrated breakfast (lunch and dinner) food is all about. Hoping to hear an episode dedicated to my all time favorite cereal, Crispix. I know there's an oral history worth telling/chewing around these hexagonal half-rice, half-grain gridded, glorious bites. Can't wait to see WHAT'S IN THE BOX (?!?!?!) next week.
