This week we have the 2014 Sochi Olympics Womens Halfpipe Gold Medalist Kaitly Farrington!! We saw that Kaitlyn made the switch to riding primarily the backcountry after clicking off a impressive list of wins in the halfpipe. She has Dew Tour wins, European X Games Gold, various xgames medals etc, but after a small crash led to the discovery of a potentially very dangerous condition, she switched to keeping her board on the ground traveling the world looking for the best riding areas with the deepest pow!
We are super pumped to bring you Utah based pro splitboarder, Neil Provo! Neil was born on the east coast but moved to Utah around the time where urban riding was on the rise. Living in Salt Lake City, he found the surrounding mountains too amazing to resist and soon hung up the short jib stick for a DIY splitboard. In this episode we talk about evolving pow surfers into his current split pow surfer, splitboards and binding as well as dabble in a bit of fly fishing talk.
