A Long Overdue Review ❤️

Chalene, I have been a listener for years! I’m 23 years old and I recently left the Air Force after a four year commitment. During my time in, I flew around the world and delivered cargo to help other people in need. I used to download your podcasts and listen to them while flying to different countries. You have become a huge part of who I have grown into as a woman. You gave me comfort in times of loneliness and laughter on long exhausting days. I have applied your wisdom to my life and have turned into someone I never thought I could be. TCS is the Bomb.com—and then Some!

It's crazy how some things in life come full circle/reappear at the most unexpected times, and this is one of them. My first introduction to Chalene was not through The Chalene Show, but rather, through her Turbo Jam DVD series, which I worked out to while visitng my grandparents over Christmas nearly a decade ago. Even as a then-teenager, I distinctly remember being so attracted to her vibrant energy that made me enjoy every second of the grueling sweat sessions. No cheesiness or "fake happy" over-the-topness I'd seen with other fitness instructors—just plain excitement and desire to motivate her loyal audience.

Maybe a year or two ago, I reencountered Chalene on "the 'gram" and was so delighted to see that same spunk and authenticity manifested across her hundreds of posts and stream of video clips. After catching a plug earlier this winter of her latest book, 131 Method, I treated myself to a digital copy for my birthday in April, in which I then saw a mention of TCS.

Through being in an extremely unmotivated, uninspired place mentally after months of failures as a first-time entrepreneur, I decided to give the show a listen starting from episode 1 and have not shut it off since. Her incredibly spot-on, refreshing words of wisdom and encouragement were just the medicine I needed to pick myself up and aim higher than ever before.

After only a month of bingeing and absorbing the knowledge, skills and life hacks contained in these episodes, my life is entirely opposite from what it was prior. I've integrated mediatation, cleaner/more disciplined dieting and clearer, more structured goal setting into my daily routine and holy s!#$, what a difference I'm already seeing (yesterday, I for the first time in the 2 years since creating daily to-do lists completed EVERYTHING under my "must do" section—completely unprecedented!) I'm 10x more productive, positive and focused, and it truly feels like Chalene heard my many prayers for better guidance and direction in my life and decided to bring resolution to me personally.

Chalene, thank you for being such a phenomenal example for women like myself and dedicating so much time to share this incredible content with us on a regular basis. I'm such a proud #LIFER and look forward to hours and hours of continued listening! Love you!!!
