👉🏽No sweets/dairy/artificial meat /bread

👉🏽Water only

👉🏽Daily dates with Abba (God)

-devotional + Prayer

-Sit in silence 10 minutes minimum

-journal

👉🏽 Self love routine (daily)

👉🏽Weekly self dates

👉🏽Positive podcast (daily)

📌Write out easy obtainable goals for the remainder of March and start the following Monday OR today. (No better time than the present)
