I have been listening since February of this year, having stopped. Today while deep cleaning my apartment, I started to listen again and practice the exercises they do in this podcast. I love you two’s chemistry and ability to captivate your audience. I wish you’d come back because you might be the ones that help me change my prospective on how I need to value my positive energy and thoughts. Thank you!

I’ve been looking for something to listen too while I’m at work that would enlighten me in a positive way and this podcast has done just that. It’s very interesting and I find myself getting excited to listen to each new podcast. It’s also very easy to listen too and very knowledgeable as well. Love this podcast.

Casually browsing for insight on the subject of habits. This here is not where you'll find that.
Wit and Depth

I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts lately about change. I read a book about it and it piqued my interest so I started listening to different podcasts. This one is by far and away the best. The chemistry between Katherine and Julian is sublime. Julian’s wit is an excellent foil for Katherine’s analytical style. The sound effects and skits make learning entertaining! Extremely practical but with enough depth that one truly learns how to change. Thanks to both!
