Channeling Anger Stepping Up for the Working Mom

Anger is not a fun emotion to have and in quarantine I'm experiencing a lot of anger. So I decided it was something I wanted to work on.

I'm sharing my personal story of how anger manifests for me (i.e. yelling) and how I'm working to make changes to control and channel my anger differently.

It's real and it's true. It's also not always pretty, but the process is always worth it!
