Chapel Perilous is a thought-snare located somewhere among Jesus and CBS—halfway between the Yemeni Genocide and Harry Potter. The chapel is like the egos of its hosts Alan Bromwell and Corey Cooley, in that once you're inside, there doesn't seem to be any way out. Unless you have a ten strip handy. Or you're willing to solve a Zen riddle the old fashioned way. Who is the master who makes the grass green?

Enter at your own risk, and no squealing. Remember: it's all in your head.

Live from Lot 23 of Trailer Park Perilous! We are joined by former Detroiter and current Denver comic Brian Jackson. We wax philosophic about Insane Clown Posse (again, somehow. Sorry), the alt-right side effects of meth, and Carlos Mencia (again, sorry). This was a great episode, I think you’re gonna like it a lot. Before I go do you have a moment to talk about The Dark Carnival?

    Clown Shit with Mike Coppolino

Today we are pleased to have in the Chapel one of the funniest comics in Denver, Mike Coppolino. He talked to us about China, planned obsolescence and his glory days as a clown pimp in southern California. 2 out of 3 French clowns agree, this episode kicks ass.

Locked in a Closet with Johnny Magz

Welcome back to Chapel Perilous. This week our guest is comedian and film maker Johnny Magz. Johnny talks about some of his favorite movies, to which Corey responds by describing the plot of a completely different movie, and Alan tries to pretend he’s ever watched more than 23 minutes of any given movie. Johnny Magz is very funny and we should have let him talk more. You can redeem our shortcomings by subscribing to his YouTube channel and watching his wonderful content. Thank you for your service.

23 Percent with 2 Dope Popes

You're looking at a tableau of reality, things of substance, of physical material: a desk, a window, a light. These things exist and have dimension. Now this is Arthur Curtis, age thirty-six, who also is real. He has flesh and blood, muscle and mind. But in just a moment we will see how thin a line separates that which we assume to be real with that manufactured inside of a mind. Oh, by the way, this is our anniversary episode. Happy 23rd!

reality tunnel breaker

this show keeps destroying my worldview, then building it back up again, only to repeat the cycle.

A LOT of talking over each other

I’m really interested in the podcast, but I’ve had to stop each podcast I begin to listen too because I can’t stand all the interrupting of each other and talking over each other. No one can finish their thought without being shut down or steered in another direction. It’s sort of maddening to me if I’m being honest.

Sadistically Fun

Love the sense of humor and the guests
