Today I chat with Maxim Cramer. A creative person who mingle between design and engineerings. I met Maxim back in February when I joined the AltMBA program, which is a program by Seth Godin for the people who want to level up. What was different about Maxim her take on a lot of stuff which can be explained by the way she grew up. I  talked with Maxim about diversity, languages, being yourself and how a person such herself can help with “lost in translation” situations.  We relate those topics to Maxim experience in working in different companies and being involved in communities such as the open source community.
