A needed discussion

I love how these ladies are talking about what is right now, not how to physically "get healthier" just how to live in the body you have today. Their discussion grows empathy in those who've had different life experiences, while connecting on a deep level with listeners who've faced similar situations. I can't wait to hear future episodes.
