S3 E18 : Loop De Loop
Shar interviews Angie Star, Internal Family System (IFS) Therapist and Coach, about how our brains process and organize information. How do we break old patterns and stop replaying the same loops? I AM YOUR CHILD
As a nurse I know it is so important to love yourself first so you can care for others. Love the intuition as well as how things can be looked at honestly and with a touch of humor on the side. Keep the positive chatter going!
Love the knowledge, perspective, and vulnerability that is shared
Thanks for working hard and sharing these important messages. I love that there is always research, real stories and something that we can work on. As a smaller than average person, I still struggle with my body image, self acceptance, and can relate to so many of the topics and stories. This podcast is helping me gain a more healthy perspective and more empathy for others and their journey. Thanks to this podcast, I’m currently working on viewing exercise as a celebration of what my body can do instead of punishment for the junk I’ve eaten. I’m also working on my relationship with food and being honest about the treats I sneak when no one is watching. It’s a work in progress!
