Chicago Nerd Social Club Podcast

This is a really well done podcast. Some of the episodes deal with subjects that aren't really my thing, but they still tend to be pretty interesting. The episodes that deal with subjects I'm really into are awesome. Content aside, I really like the way this is recorded, the voices don't sound too hot and they generally refrain from talking over each other, which greatly improves listenability. I'm not in Chicago, but these podcasts make me wish I could check out some of the events discussed. The "Spectre of the Fake Geek Girl" and C2E2 episodes have been my favorite.
