Finding Peace of Mind During Quarantine
In this episode, herdacious host Lorelei chats with Tara Levy to discuss finding peace amid the global Covid-19 pandemic. Tara emphasizes the importance of being receptive to change, acknowledging the magnitude of the situation, and granting ourselves peace in ambiguity. As we learn to navigate this historic moment, Tara helps us remember that we are not alone in adjusting to a quarantined lifestyle, and reminds us to embrace these challenges as a community.
Host: Lorelei Gonzalez
