Bonus Chisme: "Shadow Work: What is it? & How 2020 pushed us to embark on this journey| Nadia from Self Love Astro & Kim

On the Bonus Chisme, Kim & Nadia from Self Love Astro share one of their most personal experiences of 2020- their Shadow Work Journey. Due to the already known events of 2020,  our "regular" lifestyles changes and it forced us to stay in, stay still and hang out by ourselves in a sense.. this pushed us to face our demons/shadows and really get to know parts of ourselves we didn't really know existed.  We wanted to dig deeper and found ourselves awakening parts of our psych we have either suppressed from our childhood or other traumatic stages of our lives. We discover the practice of Shadow Work and it has been life changing. Has it been easy? No! but it has helped us get to know a lot more and embrace side of us that we have been told are not good (shadow).  This is helping us to be more authentic human beings and experience a little bit more of emotional freedom.

We are not therapists at all but we recommend this to anyone who is looking to live a more fulfilling and authentic life. We figured to release this episode just right before 2020 ends so we can share our experience and release what no longer serve us. We hope this episode inspire you. in some way 3

Thank you Nadia for sharing this chisme with me! And thank you of you Chismosos and Chismosas who have been listening so far. I appreciate you ALL.  Have a blessed 2021!

They are dedicated to providing the necessary pieces to help any woman with a vision to build and thrive in their business.
