Dr. May is a former family physician, recovered yo-yo dieter, founder of Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs and Training (www.AmIHungry.com), and author of the Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat book series that teaches mindful eating to help individuals resolve mindless and emotional eating and senseless yo-yo dieting to live the vibrant life they crave. Am I Hungry? has trained over 700 health and wellness professionals to offer mindful eating programs in their communities and workplaces. She is an Associate Professor at Arizona State University and taught a masterclass on mindful eating for the Calm App.
