Hey, I'm Matt Findora and back in 2010, when I was a senior in high school, my life changed forever. One opportunity highlighted a victim mindset that was instilled in me by my parents. So I joined the Marines for 10 1/2 years. I've always wanted to help young men be their best self, so I became a Mindset Coach for young men. This podcast is a platform to help them do just that. Each episode provides tools and resources to help individuals improve their lives across the dimensions of mind, body, heart, and spirit. With new episodes released every Monday, I cover critical topics such as men's mental health and mindset shifts, aiming to inspire listeners to become the best versions of themselves.
