Choose to Make it Right Inside Yourself Growing Through Grief

The first time I heard the statement, "you have everything you need inside of you," it didn't make much sense to me. Where? I asked. But when I sat quietly and paid attention to the soft whisper telling me how much I was loved, needed, and powerful, I got it; that place where I had all I need is the center of my heart, my true self, where we can also hear the voice of our soul. 
Today's episode is about paying attention to where we are looking for answers and understanding that we'll never find peace as long as we keep on looking for them outside of ourselves.
