Today's guest, Chris Hunt, is a former Royal Marines Commando and mental performance psychologist. Serving in the Royal Marines from 2006-2013, he spent two tours in Afghanistan. His current work is in mental performance psychology. In this episode we talk about:

- Chris shares his experience of training and serving in the Royal Marines, highlighting what makes their training more intense than other UK military branches. - He discusses his transition out of the military and the challenges he faced both mentally and with custody of his children. - Chris talks about his journey developing his mental performance work and the various tools and techniques he uses with clients.- Examples are given of simple yet effective mental tools anyone can use like the "three things" gratitude exercise.
