Marriage Seminar: A Christian Marriage (Part 3)

In the third part of the Marriage Seminar, Apostle teaches on the sanctity of marriage as a divine covenant ordained by God. Drawing from Proverbs 18:22, Proverbs 19:14, Proverbs 12:4, Ephesians 5:21-33, and Malachi 2:13-16, Apostle highlights the biblical principles that define marriage, including the role of a husband as the head of the home and the wife as the crown of her husband. He explains the significance of seeking God’s guidance in choosing a life partner and warns against making decisions based on fleeting emotions or societal pressures. Through scriptural exposition, he underscores that marriage is not merely a contractual agreement but a lifelong covenant that requires commitment, wisdom, and mutual understanding. Apostle also addresses critical issues such as the dangers of quarrelsome behaviour in marriage (Proverbs 27:15, Proverbs 21:9), the destructive nature of gossip within relationships (Proverbs 20:19), and the importance of self-control in maintaining a godly home (Proverbs 25:28). He provides guidance for singles on identifying a godly spouse and urges parents not to impose marriage choices on their children but to allow God’s will to unfold. Additionally, he tackles the subject of divorce, explaining that while God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16), the Bible does provide legitimate grounds for separation in certain cases. If your objective is to build a faith-filled marriage that aligns with God’s divine purpose, we encourage you to listen to this episode.

Marriage Seminar: A Christian Marriage (Part 2)

Apostle delivers the second part of the Christian Marriage Seminar, providing deep insights into the divine nature of marriage and the true meaning of love. Using Genesis 2:18-25, Ephesians 5:21-33, 1 John 4:7-12, and Proverbs 31, Apostle highlights the biblical roles of husbands and wives, emphasising that marriage is not just a partnership but a covenant ordained by God. He stresses the importance of responsibility, leadership, and mutual respect in a godly union, drawing lessons from Adam and Eve’s relationship and how their choices shaped humanity’s understanding of marriage. He also addresses the significance of long-term planning in Christian leadership and personal development, urging believers to prepare for their future with vision and faith. Apostle also explores love in its truest form, referencing 1 John 4:7-8 to explain that God is love, and without Him, true love cannot exist. He challenges cultural misconceptions about love, especially in the context of marriage, courtship, and Valentine’s Day, urging believers to evaluate their relationships based on biblical principles rather than worldly sentiments. Through real-life experiences and scriptural teachings, he provides practical guidance on identifying a suitable life partner, maintaining harmony in marriage, and resolving conflicts with wisdom and patience. This is a must-listen for married couples, singles preparing for marriage, and anyone seeking to build a strong, Christ-centered relationship.
