Priya spent four years serving on the consulting team at Capacity Interactive and in July 2021 returned to CI in the role of President. Prior to CI, she worked in marketing and sales on Broadway. In 2019, she moved from NYC to Southern California where she lead the client services team at a full-service creative agency. Outside of work, Priya enjoys soaking up the sun, dancing, exercising, spending time with friends and family, traveling with her partner Neil, cuddling with her dog Bibo, and taking quiet time to unwind and meditate.
What the Pandemic Changed: Live Conversation from Boot Camp 2021

They also discuss how organizations are addressing historical inequities, what it means for an institution to embrace relationship-building, and how cultural organizations can be community anchors.

A must for arts administrators
Such a great episode and general overall podcast.
CI gives well-rounded insight to all aspects of arts administration, not just marketing. I am a graduate student preparing to write my thesis for this field and I will be referring back to episodes for reflection and inspiration.
Absolutely necessary for all artistic leaders
Don’t be fooled by the awkward intro music (which sounds like perfect background for a herd of elephants comically making their way to a watering hole on a lazy afternoon). This podcast has inspired me, taught me, and motivated me to make myself and my organization better in unexpected ways.
