Circle Time for The Soul for Christian Women | Bible Study, Daily Devotional, Faith Community, Morning Prayer, Trusting God

Are you struggling to hear from God? Do you want to spend time in His Word every day but your faith ends up on the back burner? Do you wish you were a part of a community of faith-filled women growing in their relationship with Jesus? If so, you’re in the right place! 💕 Hey ya’ll! I’m Diana Marie, a teacher, and woman of God. I have been on a faith journey for nearly 30 years, and have often struggled with consistency in the Word, wondering if I’m praying ”right”, and wondering if I’m hearing from God or if it’s just my own thoughts. It wasn’t until I faced a couple valleys of my own that I was able to realize that in order to develop the spiritual disciplines and habits that kept me on the path to seeking God - and hearing from Him - it would require seeking Him on a daily basis so I can continue to grow in my relationship with Him. In this podcast, you will boost your faith with weekly memory verses, feel refreshed by daily devotionals, and start your day with prayer so you can feel comfortable in your faith journey. I’ve learned that to grow in faith, you need a few key ingredients: regular time in God’s Word, a community of fellow believers who’ve been around the block, and the knowledge that you’re right where you’re supposed to be. So, if you’re ready to: ✨ Finally find some friends who’ve got your back on your journey with God ✨  Connect with a community of believers who’ve been down this road before, and  ✨ Gain some rock-solid confidence in the amazing plan that God’s got for your life, Guess what? This podcast is for your friend. 🫂 Now, no need to dress up – grab your coffee, tea, or whatever you fancy ☕️ , get comfy, and let’s kick off our shoes for a bit of soul-nourishing conversation. Ephesians 3:20-21 ”Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever!” You Are So Loved, Diana Marie — YOUR NEXT STEPS! — *Accept Jesus Into Your Heart* — https://lp.billygraham.org/find-peace-with-god/ Visit Our Website: https://circletimeforthesoul.com/ Join The Private Facebook Group! — www.facebook.com/groups/circletimeforthesoul “Daily Devotional Discussions Christian Women” My Favorite Prayer Journal — https://dailykairos.com/diana-cummings (Affiliate Link) Email — CircleTimeforTheSoul@gmail.com

Episode 413 // 6 Hidden Idols That Keep You From Trusting God in the Wait [“Waiting on God” Bible Study and Devotional]

Hey Sis! Happy Thursday 🫶   Whether today is filled with joy or feels heavy, this episode is for you. Let’s take a moment to shift our hearts toward gratitude and reflect on God’s goodness, even in seasons of waiting. 📖 Scripture Focus: 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 "The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." Today, we dive deeper into spiritual warfare and how our thoughts can either align with God’s truth or create barriers to faith. God’s Word is our weapon to destroy strongholds and live victoriously! 📜 Devotional: Waiting on God – Day 4 The Idols That Impede Your FaithDr. Charles Stanley reminds us that seasons of waiting can reveal idols in our lives—things we rely on more than God. Some of these might surprise you: Our Own Understanding: Overanalyzing instead of trusting God. (Proverbs 3:5-6) A Sense of Security: Placing our trust in stability instead of God’s provision. Goals and Dreams: Letting personal ambitions overshadow God’s plans. Relationships: Allowing others to take priority over our relationship with God. The Past: Holding onto old hurts or patterns that hinder faith. Hobbies and Distractions: When entertainment becomes more important than time with God. What idols might God be gently asking you to release today? ✨ Praise Break: Psalm 100 “Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs.”Take a moment today, even if it’s just 30 seconds, to praise God for who He is. Gratitude shifts our perspective and brings joy to our hearts. 💡 Reflection Question What is an idol that might be holding you back from fully trusting God? 🛠️ Practical Encouragement Start a Thanksgiving Gratitude Circle at your gathering today. Invite each person to share one thing they’re thankful for this year. Meditate on Psalm 100 or Romans 8:28 to keep your heart centered on God’s promises. 📚 Resources Mentioned The Believer’s Authority by Andrew Wommack (linked in show notes). 🌟 Join the Conversation Looking for a supportive community?
