“The Happy Hour” is a one-stop shop for mental wellness offering talk therapy, life coaching, group workshops and more all led by their team of licensed professionals. Clara and I are very similar in that we have been on a souls quest to understand and heal the painful parts of our hearts, basically our whole lives. I loved talking to Clara about how diving into her pain and insecurities actually led her to her true purpose in life. And that is her mission, to help others find their true north.
