The New Vocalise CG and Z Mouthpieces with Richard Hawkins

On today's episode of the podcast I'm joined by Richard Hawkins for part 2 of our conversation about mouthpieces. Last time we discussed hygiene and maintenance tips, but today we dive right in where we left off. Embouchure Drills with Kornel Wolak

In today’s episode of the show I am joined for the third time by the wonderful Kornel Wolak. Today we talk not only about the future of performances and why people still want to go to concerts in a digital world, but also about Kornel’s second book on embouchure drills. It’s worth mentioning that our conversation was before the current pandemic situation, so we didn’t address any aspects of taking performances online, but I might need to get Kornel back on the show soon to discuss.

Clarineat Podcast

I completely enjoyed this podcast.

Wonderful Resource; Wonderful Host

Sean Perrin's "Clarineat" podcast is a gem. It's a wonderful resource for clarinetists. It's also great for instrumental music teachers whose main instrument is not the clarinet. Sean is a fine interviewer. He knows when to ask questions and knows when to listen. His enthusiasm is quite obvious! My only complaint: I wish that these podcasts were released every day! Seriously, this is one podcast that all clarinet players should listen to and be grateful for!
